How we work

Look first.
Then decide.

Every roof starts with a free inspection. We photograph what we find, explain it in plain words, and give you one recommendation: leave it, repair it, or replace it. The decision stays yours.

Four steps. No pressure.

From the first call to the last nail, you know what is happening and why.

  1. Free inspection

We walk the roof, check flashing, vents, valleys and gutters, and photograph anything worth your attention.

    01
  2. Plain recommendation

Leave it, repair it, or replace it. You see the photos and hear the reasoning before anything is priced.

    02
  3. A written estimate

One itemized estimate, in writing. Take your time with it. We follow up once, not every day.

    03
  4. The work, and the cleanup

Repair, replace or restore, then magnets across the yard for nails and a final photo set for your records.

About the crew
  1. 01

    Photos of everything

Every inspection, repair and replacement comes with photos from your own roof, before and after. You never have to take our word for it.

  2. 02

    The smallest fix that works

We recommend a repair when a repair will do. A replacement is proposed when the photos make the case, not before.

  3. 03

    Insurance, explained

After hail, we document the damage and can meet your adjuster. We never promise what a claim will pay, and we never inflate one.

  4. 04

    Local and reachable

A Castle Rock crew with one phone number. The person who inspected your roof answers it.

Questions, answered.

Still have a question? Call (720) 555-0142 and you’ll get a straight answer.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Castle Rock and work across Douglas County: Castle Rock, Parker, Castle Pines, Larkspur, and the neighborhoods between them. Not sure? Call and ask.

Is the roof inspection really free?

Yes. The inspection, the photos and the written recommendation are free, with no obligation. If the roof is fine, we tell you so and leave.

How do I know if hail damaged my roof?

Often you cannot tell from the ground. Hail bruises shingles and knocks granules loose, which shortens the roof’s life long before it leaks. Dented gutters, downspouts or AC fins after a storm are a sign to book an inspection.

Do you work with insurance claims?

We document the damage with photos and a written report, and we can meet your adjuster on the roof. Your insurance company reviews the claim under your policy and decides the coverage. We repair or replace the roof.

What are Class 4 shingles?

Class 4 is the highest impact rating for roofing. The shingles are tested against two-inch steel balls dropped from 20 feet. On the Front Range they are our standard recommendation, and some insurers offer a premium discount for them. Ask yours.

What if my roof is leaking right now?

Call (720) 555-0142. Put a bucket under the drip, and if water is pooling in the ceiling, poke a small hole to let it drain. We will get a tarp on the damaged area and schedule the permanent repair.

Did the last hailstorm reach your roof?

Book a free roof inspection. We photograph what we find, explain it plainly, and tell you whether your roof needs anything at all.
