There is no cake catalog at Maison Miette. There's a conversation: the occasion, how many chairs, which flavors the guest of honor actually loves — and then a cake designed for exactly that. Most are dressed simply: smooth buttercream, fruit, a few macarons, nothing that tastes like fondant because none of it is fondant.
Weddings start with a tasting box of four cake flavors and four fillings to try at home ($45, credited when you book). We take a limited number of tiered cakes per weekend so that nothing is rushed — reserve your date early, especially May through October.
